2. Temporary User Registration
Once you have selected your package, you will be asked to provide your email address to register as a temporary user. This will allow us to send you all the necessary documents and information.

3. Filling out the form
In order for us to create the perfect CV, cover letter or prepare you for a job interview, we will ask you to fill out a form with key data. The form includes information such as:

Personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, nationality)
Education (name of institution, start and completion dates)
Work history (company name, position, responsibilities, dates)
Knowledge of languages (spoken and written level)
Training and courses
Your career plans, interests and skills
Positions you are applying for
Optionally, you can attach a photo (for the LinkedIn profile package)
When filling out the form, it is worth having this information ready to ensure the entire process runs smoothly.

4. Finalizing the Order
After filling out the form, you will proceed to finalize your order and make payment. After confirming it, you will receive an email from us with order confirmation, order number and assurance that the service will be completed within 3 business days.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Updates
Our priority is your satisfaction. We offer a full satisfaction guarantee - we will edit your documents until you are completely satisfied. Additionally, in the case of the CV service, we offer the possibility of free updates for 12 months from the date of implementation.

6. Receiving the Product
We will deliver your order (CV, cover letter, interview questions) as a PDF file to the email address you provided. You will receive these documents in two languages: English and Polish. Your LinkedIn profile will be created in English and if necessary, we may ask for additional information.
